Hope Vitellas was born and raised in Ohio,
but her musical and personal stories have
been influenced far beyond the borders
of the state. Hope’s music is a collection
of stories. Her lyrics, melodies, and breathtaking
voice express a menagerie of experiences from
across the world that she shares during her tours
in the United States and Europe. In addition
to her passion for music, Hope is an
international world class Muay Thai
champion, a teacher of the martial art ,
and a student of acupuncture.
Thus, as a lover, a fighter, an instructor,
and a student, her music offers a
kaleidoscope of perspectives.
Her music embodies the spectrum of
experiences that permeate her life –
ranging from celebration of love in
“Wonder” to the heart wrenching
experience of loss in “Bye Bye.”
Her radio hits have included “Picture Frame,”
“Bye Bye,” and “Hungry Wolf.” Her newest
CD has been in the making for two years,
and is set to be released in the summer of 2010.
