Singer/songwriter, Hope Vitellas, hails from
the Midwest, USA.
She has been capturing
audiences with her engaging lyrics, her
unforgettable
and unadorned melodies,
and "... a voice that could melt steel."
After gaining popularity in her local music
scene, Hope moved to
NYC where she
released her first self-titled solo album.
While in
New York City, she played her
highly requested acoustic shows in
a
number of venues throughout Manhattan.
It wasn't long before Hope
and her band
were gaining attention, and she began
opening for national
acts, as well as
getting radio play throughout the Midwest.
In 2005, well known music producer,
Joe Viers, joined the team
to record and
produce her last project released in March 2007,
a
5 song EP which includes her top hit singles
Bye-Bye and Picture
Frame. Midwest radio stations
are picking up the hit tracks and
spreading them
all over the airwaves. Hope is currently working
on her latest CD which will be released at the
beginning of 2008.
In the meantime she continues
to play a busy schedule around the
midwest & Europe,
while looking forward to the release of her
upcoming CD.
